    How can I know my order status?
     
    A:Once we send the package, we will send you an E-mail for the estimated arriving date and give you a tracking number once your order is delivered by courier , with which you can check the status of your order online.

    I want to order from your site, but I want to get a sample first. Can I? What is the minimum order?

    Yes you can order a sample from our site.but for your order,must more than 30$,thanks so much

    Where are the shoes shipped from?

    How long will it take for me to recieve my shoes?

    We ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment, unless otherwise noted. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this ever is expected with your order you will be immediately informed by E-mail

    Can you agree with drop shipping?

    Yes, we prefer drop shipping. If you are a wholesaler, we can send the shoes to your buyers directly. But we need to build trust first.

    What methods of payment do you accept?

    We only accept the  Western Union Money Order and Money Gram Money Order.

    How much is Shipping?

    If you order 6 items,free shipping,if you order 1-6 items must add 10$ for your order shipping (must order more than 30$,so we can accept your order) If you can order more items pls contact us to get more discount


    Order Prcedure

    A  select your preferred items from our on-line catalogue and let us know the item numbers and the size and quantity you need.

    B  we send you confirmation letter after get your order information.
    C  send the payment to us. 
    D  we confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail.
    E  give us feedback after you get the shoes.

    A.How do I place orders?
    You can place your order  send to our mail. For online ordering, please write to Athego@hotmail.com ,for wholesale order ,please write to Athego@yahoo.cn  ,for customer service ,please write to indicate what shoes you want with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures.Further more, please check our contact details pagese receive your order, we will send you shoes once we get the money.

    B. how long it takes to receive shoes ?
    Usually shoes are sent via air express like  EMS,  TNT,  UPS, DNL.                                                                                                  

    Transportation Schedule:
    FEDEX and DHL spend 3-6 days;
    TNT and UPS .EMS 4-7 days;
    Air transportation 7-15 days;
    Transportation by sea 15-30 days.

    The customers may choose any way according to concrete conditions
